My driver Keith Brown was excellent. Not only was he on time but I was very pleased that he was in the vehicle I requested. There have been several times where I have requested a particular vehicle and a vehicle change was not communicated or confirmed with me. Mr. Brown drove me to the airport in a very timely manner, I was able to get a little news in and a few Zs. I was also very pleased with the customer service from John who confirmed my ride the day prior. I will definitely use your service and request Mr. Brown the next time I am in the Detroit area.
